Frequently Asked Questions

Are these accessories compatible with all Gaggia or Jura machines?

Most accessories are designed for specific models or series. For example, the Gaggia Bottomless Portafilter fits 58mm commercial-style Gaggia machines, while Jura Claris filters are compatible with machines featuring the Intelligent Water System (I.W.S.®). Always check your machine model before purchasing.

How often should I use cleaning and descaling products?

Cleaning tablets: Use after every 200–250 cups or when prompted by the machine.

Milk system cleaner: Use daily or after each milk-based drink preparation.

Descaling: If you’re using a water filter, you may not need to descale often. Without filters, descale every 2–3 months or as notified by the machine.

Can I wash the accessories like cups and milk containers in the dishwasher?

Yes, most Gaggia and Jura cups, milk containers, and glassware are dishwasher safe. Always verify with the product care instructions, especially for wooden handles or stainless-steel milk pipes, which may require hand washing for longevity.

Why should I use official Jura or Gaggia cleaning and maintenance products instead of generic alternatives?

Using branded cleaning tablets, filters, and accessories ensures optimal compatibility and protection. These products are specifically formulated to:

Prevent damage to internal components

Maintain warranty coverage

Preserve the flavor and quality of your coffee
