Kindly note that all returns and refunds would be subject to the following conditions
Returns & Refunds for damaged products:
Damaged products can be returned with 100% reimbursement, provided the request for return is made within 24 hours of receiving the shipment
Returns & Refunds for undamaged products:
1. All requests for returns and refunds for undamaged products should be made within a week of receiving the product.
2. A clear description of our coffee blends is provided in the website, to enable you to select the blend most suited to your taste. However, if you are unsatisfied with our coffee we would be happy to reimburse the amount to you. Kindly cite your reasons for return while placing the request with us. Shipping charges would not be refunded.
3. Equipments from Athena, Hario, Filter Coffee Makers and Moka pots would be refunded only if they are returned in new and unused condition. Shipping charges would not be refunded.
Replacement Policy for damaged products
All damaged products will be replaced, provided that the request for replacement is made within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. Your replacement product should have equal or larger value as compared to the product being replaced.
Replacement policy for undamaged products
1. All requests for a replacement for undamaged products should be made within a week of receiving the product.
2. If you are unsatisfied with our coffee we would be happy to replace it with another blend. Please note that your replacement blend should have equal or larger value as compared to the blend being replaced. Shipping charges for the return of the product to us would be incurred by you.
3. Equipments from Athena, Hario, Filter Coffee Makers and Moka pots would be replaced only if they are returned in new and unused condition. Please note that your replacement equipment should have equal or larger value as compared to the equipment being replaced. Shipping charges for the return of the product to us would be incurred by you.
Please note there is no return, refunds and replacement policy for machines from Jura, Schaerer, Coffee Queen and Expobar. Our personnel would be present at the time of installation and unpacking. In case of any damage, the damaged parts would be replaced.
Shipping PolicyDomestic Orders
All domestic orders would be shipped by registered domestic courier services. You will be informed about the date of shipment on placing the order. Please note that www.thecoffeeco.in cannot be held liable in any way for delays in delivery caused by the courier company. The orders would be handed over to the courier company on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. On these days only orders placed before noon would be dispatched the same day.
International customers can contact us at [email protected] for any orders. We would get back to you within 48 hours with all the relevant details. International Courier charges will extra. the customer will have to ensure clearing of the product on arrival at the closest AIRPORT/SEAPORT.
